Life gets noisy. Responsibilities build. The weeks roll on. Zen Zone is your invitation to stop, breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, meaningful way.

This monthly 90-minute experience is designed to help you step out of the rush and into a space of calm reflection, grounded movement, and inner stillness, so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again

What is Zen Zone?

Zen Zone is a nourishing monthly gathering for adults created for those who are ready to make their wellbeing and personal growth a real priority.

Each session includes a soulful blend of:

The Zen Zone Flow

● Grounding breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring you back into the present moment.

● Guided journaling to help you reflect, release, and reconnect with what matters.

● Yin yoga to soften tension, open the body, and create space within.

● Sound healing/guided rest to support deep relaxation and integration.

You’ll also receive:

● a monthly journal prompt takeaway

● an affirmation card

● a mindful message from the deck
