Begin your Sunday with a guided 10km countryside bike ride, moving through quiet scenic routes and enjoying the slower rhythm of the lakeside and drumlin landscape.

This is slow adventure in motion. A chance to experience the countryside not by rushing through it, but by being part of it.

After the cycle, ease into slow flow yoga, designed to release tension, stretch the body, and support recovery after your ride.

Then enjoy your açaí bowl and favourite coffee by the lake, before stepping into the sauna for a warm, restorative finish.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, satisfied, and properly recharged.

Morning Schedule

 

9am — 10km Countryside Bike Ride A guided cycle through scenic countryside and lakeside surroundings.

10am — Slow Flow Yoga A grounding yoga class to stretch, release, and support post-cycle recovery.

11am — Açaí Bowl & Coffee by the Lake Enjoy a nourishing açaí bowl and your favourite coffee served lakeside.

12pm — Sauna Glow Unwind with a restorative sauna session and leave glowing.
