This 90-minute evening experience is designed to gently guide you into a state of deep rest where the body softens, the mind quiets, and something deeper within you begins to settle.

Through a blend of Yoga Nidra and sound meditation, you’ll be held in a space where nothing is expected of you… and everything begins to reset.

You’ll be guided through gentle, supported shapes to release physical tension, before being led into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra journey (often described as the yoga of sleep), where the body rests while the mind drifts into a state between waking and dreaming.

As you rest, the experience deepens with a sound meditation, using soothing frequencies and vibrations to support your nervous system, helping you drop even further into stillness.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious rest.

You’ll lie down comfortably, wrapped in warmth, as you’re gently guided through:

● Body awareness

● Breath awareness

● Subtle visualisation
