Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation

Slow down, soften, and let the week melt away with 90 minutes of Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation.

Sometimes what we need most is not more doing, more pressure, or more pushing on… but permission to pause.

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently open through the deeper layers of fascia, joints, hips, spine, and connective tissue. It can help improve flexibility, support mobility, ease tightness, and encourage the nervous system to settle.

Sound Meditation uses soothing sound vibrations to support deep rest and relaxation. The sounds can help quiet mental chatter, calm the body, and create space for emotional release, inner stillness, and a greater sense of peace.

Combined, Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation create a powerful reset…. helping you unwind physically, soften emotionally, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
