10:00: Relax & Flow Yoga A gentle and beginner friendly start to the day. Simple movements. No rushing.

11:00: Cacao & Guided Journaling Warmth, clarity, and a chance to empty what’s been building with specifically designed prompts.

12:00: Sauna Heat, stillness, release.

Option to take a mindful lakeshore and woodlands walk instead.

1:00: Lunch Good food. Easy company. No agenda.

2:00: Yin Yoga & Sound Long holds with deep exhales. An opportunity to let the body, mind and heart fully drop what it’s been carrying.

3:30 — Oracle Cards & Close A quiet ending. A small takeaway. Returning to the world softer.
