Start your Sunday with a guided 5km countryside run, taking in quiet roads, open skies, and lakeside surroundings.
This is your morning dose of adventure therapy with movement, nature, and fresh air working together to lift your energy and reset your mind.
After the run, you’ll move into slow flow yoga, designed to stretch the body, support recovery, and bring your breathing back into a steady rhythm.
Then enjoy an açaí bowl and your favourite coffee by the lake, before finishing with a restorative sauna session.
You’ll leave feeling energised, nourished, warm, and glowing.
Morning Schedule
9am — 5km Countryside Run A guided run through scenic countryside surroundings.
10am — Slow Flow Yoga A steady, accessible yoga class to stretch, soften, and support recovery.
11am — Açaí Bowl & Coffee by the Lake Refuel with a nourishing açaí bowl and your favourite coffee served lakeside.
12pm — Sauna Glow Finish with a restorative sauna session to relax the body and complete your morning reset.
